If you collect information from your clients or use online forms, the Common Hosted Form Service (CHEFS) can save your ministry time and money.
You can quickly create your own forms using a simple drag-and-drop screen. You can add standard fields, like Name and Address, or create custom fields or conditions to meet your needs. Edit or format your form using columns or panels to make an effective layout. When the form is complete, you can export it as a template for future use, or edit it as needed.
You can publish the forms through the Common Hosted Form Service and generate a quick response code to share access with respondents. When users complete a form, you can validate responses and export the data.
You can also take advantage of advanced functions like user authentication, team assignments, version control and status reports, as well as notification when forms are submitted.
