Who we are

The Agile CoP is a place to learn and support each other while gaining deeper understanding of the agile mindset, no matter what you know.

Our goals: 

  1. Support each other with government’s agile adoption 
  2. Build community of trust, connection, and collaboration  
  3. Learn innovative ways in building a human-centered culture 
  4. Provide upskilling for personal empowerment 
  5. Have fun! 

What we do

We have 4 monthly online sessions. Attend when you can.

Agile Advice Clinic sessions

  • Bring your questions or dilemmas to the community to answer collaboratively
  • Happens the first Thursday of every month
  • These sessions are recorded

Agile Knowledge Sessions

  • The community determines what topics members want to discuss and hear about
  • Happens every third Tuesday of the month
  • These sessions are recorded

Collaborate and Coffee sessions

  • This is your chance to collaborate with folx across government and get answers to product problems
  • Happens every third Thursday of the month
  • These sessions are not recorded

The Agile CoP Sprint Review

  • Our sprint reviews are a great peak behind the scenes with the CoP. Join the discussion and improve the community
  • Happens every fourth Tuesday of the month
  • These sessions are not recorded
