The Digital Delivery Network includes people on digital product teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, etc.) and others who have skills and resources to support service delivery, such as service design, analytics, data, behavioural insights, Lean and other “innovation disciplines.” People who participate in the network are typically focused on addressing a specific service delivery challenge.
