Everything Lean community of practice

Who we are

The Everything Lean Community of Practice is a group of enthusiastic and creative people who share an interest in continuous improvement. Many of our members have taken Lean training courses through the PSA Learning Centre and have been involved in Lean project work. Everyone is welcome to join!

What we do

Our CoP provides an opportunity for members to connect and share information about Lean and continuous improvement. The LeanBC team will also provide occasional updates about upcoming events and important news.

We host guest speakers at quarterly Lunch and Learn sessions who present on topics that instill a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation. Previous sessions included presentations on team agreements, Lean in the financial services sector and problem solving domains and styles.

The Lean toolkit is found on our SharePoint site that includes tools that support workload management, day-to-day problem-solving, employee engagement, knowledge transfer and succession planning.
