Your project is considered complete when it’s ready to be used and moves into a production environment. Your ministry must also have recovered all applicable project costs from the DIO.
At this stage, your ministry submits a request to transfer your project to an asset. After this occurs, your ministry becomes responsible for funding the amortization and ongoing support and maintenance for the asset.
Connect with your ministry contact if you have any questions about the asset transfer process.
Every project team must complete a mandatory survey when they complete their project.
At the end of a project, we will ask your ministry contact to identify three to four people from the project team to complete a survey. These individuals should have worked closely on the project throughout its lifetime, and could include the project manager, product owner, executive sponsor, project director or a contractor. Whoever is most familiar with the project.
We use the results from this survey in our annual DIO report.
Individuals identified to complete the 360 Survey will receive a link to the survey by email.
